QuestionCan I use this with a sim card from a hotspot that no longer works? I have a plan with AT&T and just need to replace the device.

QuestionWhy the MOXEE website would not allow me to change my default ID and Password. I would change and save then it locks me out requiring multiple reset of the device. In addition, why is there no ID and Password reset option, other than a device reset.
