Is this compatible with Century Link DSL? null

no it is for cable modem coax network providers. you need a dsl modem for dsl service also need to make sure they don't require you to use there equipment and that you can buy your own.

I have no idea. I have Comcast (Xfinity) I ask for a modem that works with Comcast and this is the one they suggest, which is not wireless. (I have a wireless router)
