I would imagine it would. I've replaced my Mac Time Machine wifi router with this and also replaced a much older Netgear router with this model too. When you have to keep rebooting your router, it's a cry for help and time to replace it. 10 years is like 100 year in technology. This AC1000 is a good price too but keep an eye out for a sale to save $5-10.
