• It will if you're close enough to a Hot Spot, just make sure you set your WAPS/WEP security correctly.

• Yes, it will provide you with wireless connection. As long as the college has a wifi to connect to then this product should work just fine.

• Yes. It would be best to have a USB 3.0 port, but honestly since the best we get is around 3 megabytes on average high speed wifi's, 2.0 should be just fine as long as you have a decent desktop.

• As long as there is a wifi signal and you have the password (if there is one), this will get you connected.
