• If your modem has a router built in, then yes. If not, you will need to purchase a router to connect to the modem and then this will wirelessly connect to your router.

• This device only pulls in wifi. this will not broadcast as I'd assume you want. in your instance you will be looking for a router. This would plug into your PC.
