• A:Answer This device is intended for use in connecting a device to a WiFi network, such as a desktop computer. It doesn't generate a WiFi network, but connects to already existing ones for devices that can't normally connect to one on their own. If you're looking for a device to generate a WiFi network, you need a WiFi Router, which I would generally recommend any ASUS products for Wireless Routers. I've been using ASUS products for my Routers for years and they tend to be extremely reliable.

• A:Answer It depends on how the games are blocked on your network. If they're admin blocked by the administrator of the Wireless network then no, there's no way that a single adaptor is going to bypass that. The only ways I can think that you could bypass that if you really wanted to would be to abuse a proxy to access the games from another network, but if your administrator is at all knowledgeable and really wants to block games on the network then they'll have a way to block proxy servers from being used as well.

• A:Answer An internet ready tv does not need an extra adapter. It has it already built-in. I bought this adapter because my third desktop computer did not have an internal adapter. This adapter solved my problem. For a tv that is internet ready, one must only go to settings to connect the wifi. I hope this helps.

• A:Answer No i don't think so because you will need to run the CD first that came with the installation setup before you plug in the Netgear. Then you have to walk through all the other settings that will require a keyboard and a mouse.
