• Yes the camera has infrared capabilities and is so clear that you can even see a bug flying around at night with no light at all.

• Yes, The cameras all have infrared capabilities. The wired Arlo Q Plus is 1080 so it is better than the wireless ones which is 720. Both are good enough for what I want them for.
