• You have to down load the video from the cloud. We also view them and store some on our smart phone.

• At this point you'll need to go to the website and download the videos that you want. There is If This Than That (IFTTT) integration. Maybe there's a way to have the video sent to you through it. More Info: https://ifttt.com/arlo

• I have not really dig deep into this but you do have the option to download individual clips and recordings for storage from your Arlo library. You can set this in the bottom of the screen shot.

• I don't think you can configure it to store them automatically locally, but you do have the option of downloading any recorded files from the cloud to your hard drive.
