• yes you can. go to netgear website go to products and click on DSL MODEMS YOU'LL SEE YOUR MODEM CLICK ON YOUR MODEM YOUR MODEM PAGE WILL COME UP.RIGHT BELOW THE PICTURE YOU'LL SEE A BUNCH OF TABS IT WILL SAY FEATURES GENIE APP REVIEWS AND SUPPORT YOU CLICK ON SUPPORT.THEN BELOW THE SUPPORT TAB YOU'LL SEE DOWNLOADS AND YOU GO TO INSTALLATION GUIDE AND WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO SET IT UP. PS YOU STILL NEED A CABLE MODEM LIKE NETGEAR CM400 DOCSIS3.0

• No. Time Warner is cable, and this is a DSL modem. You need a cable modem.
