Hi D.. Are you using the wifi provided by your ISP or did you purchase a good one like Orbi Mesh wi-fi. ? Many times the slowness is the result of the junk ISP give us free and can be improved .. This extender won’t do much if using the junk Wi-fi., i would just bare down and try a decent one wi-fi router .. i used orbi rbr750 but can try smaller version .. thanks
