No. This was the exact reason I bought it. It's garbage and didn't even connect to the host wifi at the rv park I'm in. Mind you, it's an open network with a simple wifi connection. Ifor the campground has a "accept terms and conditions" page (as in they use tango Internet or something similar) you won't stand a chance. Don't buy it.
