• Routers will support only IP phones, not analog in a residential environment.

• I've never seen a router with a phone jack but I use this router with my Vonage and have had no issues. I plug the Vonage adapter into one of the 5 ports and it works perfectly.

• Routers don't have phone ports - typically you connect Ethernet cables that look like larger phone cables.

• Most routers now a days come with a phone port.
