No. The USB port is for use with printer sharing and file sharing purposes only.

Please try again later.Your Samsung S4 is the same as mine and it should already have wifi in/on it...check at the top of your phone screen for the icon or better yet refer to your phones instructions also ask the Geek Squad if it is at all possible to connect to the usb port on the router for a wired connection.

And if I'm understanding your question, you're looking to share your phone's cellular data signal using this router, correct? It will not work.
