Dear Buddy; This Netgear device is only for Wi-Fi connections for computers. It will not improve your poor cell service, but it will improve your wireless Internet connections. (that's if this phone has one or not). You need a cell booster to improve your cell phone service. Look into getting one of those. They do help. Best of luck, Consultant Brian
