• For future reference, it depends on your entire placement setups, but it does say it works with 10,000sq ft.

• My experience is no not even close. Maybe out 75 feet or so.

• Not sure about 300 feet you will have to try ti and see, mine extends my signal to my shop now approx 150 to 170 feet away.
