• Yes if you hook the computers hardwire to the LAN ports. Wi-Fi connections work with wifi devices.

• The "NETGEAR EX7000 AC1900 EXTENDER" does not add Wi-Fi capability to your devices. It merely extends the range of an existing Wi-Fi signal. You need a wireless adaptor to add Wi-Fi capability to computers that don't have Wi-Fi capability.
