QuestionHow do I get someone who has hacked this router & made themselves the Administrator kicked off?? Resetting the router doesn’t work. I am locked out.

- Answer Hi Steven, You would need to hold the reset button for 10 + seconds so it goes back to factory settings and set the router up again.

- Answer I’m not sure on the buffering … I definitely notice an improvement, since my older router/modum (Motorola) was 11 years old I also added eero range extender to my two story home Happy with the upgrades

QuestionI have an xfinity modem but cannot get it on one tv. someone said I need a firestick, however it does play netflix etc, but doesn't get local channels?? it is a smart tv so why doesn't it get the same stuff that's on my other tv?

QuestionI have Spectrum. I was recently upgraded to 600 MBPS. I had the Netgear AC1750 which cannot handle that speed. My question is, can the Netgear AC1900 handle the 600 MBPS download speed from Spectrum?

- Answer Is your internet provider the same company as your cable provider? If it is then you will probably use the coaxial cable that provided television to connect to the internet. That is the way Cox works for me.
