• A:Answer I cannot speak to Hargray specifically, but I bought this router last week for a fiber optic connection and it works great and supports the speed that I am paying for of 1 Gbps.

Q: QuestionMy internet turns off and reboots everyday in the afternoon. Is anyone else having the same problem? My cable company says it's the router not their modem and I don't know what to do.

• A:Answer Hi there, I’ve had the router now for a couple months no issues. I would just make sure you have the most up to date drivers downloaded on your PC. This will help the router perform smoothly. Hopefully it helped! If not it could just be a faulty router and I would try to exchange it. Because this router truly has improved my online gaming speeds

• A:Answer Belkin is not a service provider. Belkin makes your current modem/router. This is just a router, not a cable modem. You can use your providers modem to run this router. Or purchase one separately.

Q: QuestionJust recently bought this router. All of a sudden it stops broadcasting the internet. This is happening daily, now. Are there settings for this ? MY phone company set it up for us as we are seniors but something is wrong.

Q: QuestionI still have a land line (home phone). Does this router have a connection to attach home phone line through? Need to update to a new router and was told to make sure there is a connection, as many new routers, do not. Please advise.

• A:Answer Hi Barry, You will need an internet connection through an internet service provider such as Comcast/Xfinity or other in order to effectively use any router. If you don’t have a connection, you will not be able to install a new router. There is no current router I’m aware of for non-commercial or home use that uses phone lines to connect to the internet. If you have more questions, talk to your local Best Buy store geek squad. Good luck with your upgrade.

Q: QuestionAre the 2.4 and 5g networks seperate and can I choose which network I want to connect my TV to? My new Spectrum router does not let me choose 2.4 or 5g and my LG TV doesn't work as well on the 5g.
