• Check with your ISP to see what's compatible with them first. I personally have an ARRIS SURFBOARD SB8200, and its quality and will handle up to 10gb speeds I believe which is what the router is capable of as well.

• If Comcast is your ISP, I recommend the Arris Surfboard 32x8 with DOCSIS 3.0. It will pull up to 1gb and is the most stable modem I’ve owned.
