Does this router support NAT loopback? null

Someone suggested it works by using the Dynamic DNS Service (DDNS) enabled in R8000 Advanced settings. I have had that enabled since getting this router and NAT loopback does not work. I even called the manufacturer and they started a ticket for it, but I never heard back from them.
