I have my PS4 hardwired from a previous set-up, wireless should be a breeze through the PS4 network set-up, though. Just select the network that matches the name on the sticker at the bottom of the X6 and type in the password that is provided on the same sticker, and you should be good to go.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's very easy just go to your network settings and find your network and put in the password and connect to the wireless network. If available im sure you could hard wire it also.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do your normal scan but just to let you know ps4 does not run on the 5ghtz band only 2.4. Honestly it's always better to hardware your ps4 for optimal speeds.

Or, look on the back or bottom of the router. It will tell you the wireless name and password there. 2. Turn on your PS4. 2a. Go to settings on PS4 menu (usually to the right) 2b. Next, go to network (Usually near the bottom). Click on network. (Easy set up) 2c. Click on "connect to internet", then select wireless network. 2d. Select the name of your wireless router you found from step 1a. (Mine was Netgear 10). The PS4 will automatically detect all wireless signals near by. Yours should be listed. Click it. 2e. Once you select the name of your wireless router the password box will open. Click in it and type your password in the box. The password is also listed on the back or bottom of the router itself. 2f. The PS4 will connect. Answer all the wireless prompts. The only two important ones are (answer the rest of them no, that's what I do): IP address: Automatic DHCP: No 3. The PS4 will tell you it is connected. Now lets test it. 3a. On the PS4 menu go to settings, then network, and then test internet connection / network. It will open a screen and test the connection to PSN, tell you the type of connection, and also tell you your upload and download speeds. That's the quickest and easiest run down I can provide. Hope it helps and good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Honestly, although the AC speed is great, for any gaming console you should wire it with an ethernet cable. Worth the effort, absolutely no lag and the absolute fastest speed possible.
