• We had the same setup. You wont need the nighthawk as the Orbi is a router and the two satellites connects to the router thus creating a "mesh" full house coverage.

• Yes. Configure the Orbi to “Access Point Only” mode. Connect Nighthawk LAN port to Orbi WAN port.. Then the Orbi will only provide wifi and switched ethernet functionality but the Orbi Router function is disabled.
