• Yes. You can plug 2 different devices in and make them hardwired to increase speed. I plugged my smart tv and main computer into it. Never any issues anymore with streaming

• Yes, I use an IBM tower and I plug the Ethernet cable into the satellite and then into my computer via usb. It works great.
