If available, yes. Once you have the initial two where one is connected to your router and a nearby outlet and the second in another outlet in a room where you want direct Ethernet connection, you can add another unit in another room which leverages the initial unit’s direct router connection. So you can add 1 or 2 or 3 etc more units to the setup you have for the initial pair. I don’t recall if they sell just 1 unit. We bought a second pair and now have 3 rooms where we have a PC plugged directly to the Ethernet (instead of WiFi). All 3 leverage the first unit that is plugged directly to the router. Works very well. Look up the product online for more info.
