“I have a few large 200 amp breakers that are connected to 1 transformer, will the signal travel through the breakers and where the wires connected BEFORE the transformer, go back down into the other breakers allowing me to connect another building?”

Short answer is no. Powerline networking won't cross phases. So, any attempt to carry over through a transformer will be futile. That is unless you have a line from your circuit cabinet to the desired house (if you can flip a switch in your home and it impacts the other).
