• There is no logical way for this device to increase your internet bill, it has absolutely no effect on your internet service. Its only purpose is to extend the network signal over the powerlines in your home. There reallsy isnt much of a configuration to it either. Its designed as a plug nplay device. At worst you would have to link the pair again. Hope that helps.
