A:AnswerIt will as long as where you are located with the boat already recieves somewhat decent wifi signal. You can check by using a speed test app or website right from your phone. Pretty much as long as you have at least one wifi bar where the extender will be plugged in at, it will then grab that wifi signal and boost it to full strength in about a 30 yard circle.
