• Yes, but you have to buy the covers for it separately to protect them from the weather and I'm not sure if they are completely waterproof unless they are angled downward a bit.

• Yes, but there is a shell that you must buy to protect it from the elements.

• Yes they have little plastic outdoor capsules you can buy for the cameras.
