“Manual says “Failure to clean the condenser every six months can cause the unit to malfunction.” Condenser is not on parts list nor are there any instructions on how to do this. Help?”

Thank you for contacting Newair! You can clean the condenser and fan with compressed air by removing the back panel from the back of the unit. Best Regards, Customer Care
