“Can you disable the Emergency SOS feature? I plan to purchase this for someone who’s not technically savvy, and I’m concerned they won’t know how to interact/respond to this feature if it’s mistakenly triggered.”

• Hello. Emergency SOS feature would only be activated in the event of a serious accident or collision. It goes through a system of 3 sperate warnings before contacting the emergency services. This feature can be turned off/disabled via the menu settings option though if not needed. Thanks, Nextbase

• Yes. It does not have to be activated or set up. It can be disabled from the app.
