“Can these cameras run off 120v? If the charger is connected to line voltage can it run off that and theoretically never need to be charged?”

Hello, Unfortunately ,the system you are inquiring about, features wireless cameras that are to be charged with batteries. Night Owl features the same recorder with AC Powered cameras which will use a 12v2 amps power adapter. We hope this helps!
