• Yes, but you’ll only be able to locally view the videos. Viewing the video remotely would require a LAN.

• Hi Mark. The Wi-Fi NVR has built-in Wi-Fi, which is how it wirelessly communicates with the cameras. For automatic firmware updates, remote viewing and some advanced features, you would need to connect the NVR to your Internet (router or network access point) via Ethernet cable. While we strongly recommend networking your system to get the most out of it, Internet is not required. Thank you for choosing Night Owl.
