Monitor not included but you can buy a very expensive (even used) monitor for less than a hundred bucks for continuous monitoring.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, this system does not included a monitor. For most Night Owl products, a TV/monitor is required for initial product setup. While there are exceptions for our standalone product, a system requires you to proceed through the Startup Wizard, which requires a TV/monitor. To be safe, you want to ensure the TV/monitor is at least 1080p resolution. After the initial setup, you can opt to simply view your product via the remote viewing App on a Smart Device, or the CMS software on a PC/Mac. Keep in mind, some advanced features within our DVR/NVRs cannot be accessed remotely. Rather, you will need to access the Main Menu locally on a TV/monitor. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!
