How far from base can the cameras be mounted? null

Up to 300' depending on how many and what kind of walls or other materials are barriers. Love the system!

Good Afternoon, you may mount the cameras up to 300 ft away from the Night Owl WNVR. Please do keep in mind that there are factors such as walls or materials as metal that may interfere with the signal. Before mounting the cameras, we recommend doing the initial set up of the system within 3 ft away of the Night Owl WNVR to make sure all connections are working properly. After you make the verification you may install them within the 300 ft range. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

Directions say 300'. I put up four cameras each within 40 feet of the home base. They work well with the exception of the one that has to get its signal through three walls to reach the base - I think the problem is the building has metal studs in the walls which would interfere with the wireless function. Resolution is good and sufficient for the purpose - you can recognize someone (not like those videos from convenience stores you see on the evening local news!). Despite the directions, you can set this up without a computer - just keep going, it will set up.
