Our system operates as P2P. The NVR connects to the App P2P for security purposes. Additionally, our system can operate as a CCTV, if you choose not to remotely view the cameras from a Smart Device or Computer. Rather, you would view them from your TV or monitor without needing to network the device. A non-networked device is the most secure option. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!
