“Installed this in my store. I installed the CMS on my PC at home and barely any feed. When I open the program I can see everything for about 10 min, then the feed goes blank doesn't come back. I have to reopen the program. What can i do to improve this?”

Call niteowl and have them download a different version of software. That's what we did and now works great.
