• Yes, this is what I did. Upgraded from a 720p system to the 1080p. Used same cables for everything. No need to rewire cameras.

• Yes. Our 720p and 1080p systems utilize the same BNC (video & power) cabling. You should not have to rerun the cabling, so long as it remains undamaged. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!
