In order to remotely view your system on a PC/Mac, smartphone or tablet, you will need to have the DVR hardwired to a working router or modem via the included Ethernet cable. The exact ISP provider is not relevant, so long as you have a working router or modem to connect to. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!
