• The Night Owl 4-Camera Indoor/Outdoor Wired Surveillance System does not require Internet or wifi access to record to the DVR.

• No but if your going to use the app to view on Mobil phone or tablet then yes.

• Why not out working on offline? It will not let me log in and look at nothing. It says I haven't incorrect password in but I'm using the last when it was connected
