• It can be viewed through their mobile app (night owl app on android or ios). I have done it with both, best part is you don't have to pay for the app or a monthly subscription like most of them do. The app is pretty responsive and easy to use. I would recommend these cameras, they are great.

• Yes, you may view the live stream of your Night Owl DVR through the Night Owl HD application, you may install the application from the app store. This application will allow you to view your system remotely, record, take snapshots and receive notification when motion is detected. Thank you for choosing Night Owl.
