Similarly, not sure what mounted to the client means. Please contact our 24/ tech support team to clarify. These cameras are fixed lens cameras meaning they do not have optical zoom capability. Thanks for choosing Night Owl!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure what you mean by 'can cameras be mounted to the client' but you can mount the cameras within 50 feet of the DVR system with the standard cables that come with the system. (You can get cable extensions to extend the range.) Then use anything with the Night owl HD app or software (iPhone, iPad, computer, etc...) to view the images an you can use the HDMI hookup to connect to a TV or monitor to view as well. As for 'Rotating the cameras while viewing remotely?' With the standard cameras that come with the system I got from Best Buy, No you can not rotate the cameras remotely. You would need to buy a PTZ camera. A pan–tilt–zoom camera (PTZ camera) is a camera that is capable of remote directional and zoom control. Most cameras that use the BNC connector (Short for Bayonet Neill Concelman connector) system will work with the DVR so you can add different cameras to the system. PTZ cameras tend to be more expensive because they have motors an moving parts to operate, but again as long as they have a BNC connector an they 'should' work with the system.
