Not really. Maybe a half second if that. I swapped out one of my cameras for a different model (nothing wrong with the camera, just wanted to see what this new model was like), and the installer wanted to re aim one of the cameras. I bought up that camera's feed on my smart phone and he used that to check the aim. No noticeable delay.
