“Is your system pretty much plug and play or does it take your support system to get it going. How long does it take a typical system to have it online and working. It appears that Best Buy only give you 14 days under warranty to have it fully working.”

Once you check each camera and install, it automatically pics up the cameras through WiFi at the box. Install takes the longest. We did two houses with 2 people on one system in a day. It shouldn’t take too long if you have a little help to install and position the cameras. I would recommend downloading the nightowlx app before trying to adjust angles etc so you can monitor it on your phone instead if running back and forth to the tv
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's very easy to install. The video walks you step by step. I wouldn't say plug and play but rather allow a good 45 mins to get this rolling. The Ring team on their website are very helpful and in some cases will even replace your device, mail you parts to make it work or work through trouble shooting with you. You really have to be "special" to not be able to install this device.
