• No, have never had it release an odor due to working out; but it is easy to wash with soap and water, which I do every few weeks or as needed. I have noticed some odors like bug spray can remain; but go away after it’s rinsed with water (don’t even need soap). Cologne is a bit bad and seems to stick for a a few days even after rinsing, guessing it’s the same with body sprays - and although those odors smell good for a bit they get annoying and old in the long-term.

• Well...I run 6 days a week and walk on rest day. Yoga, some weights. I just took a whiff of the band and it smells Beautiful” which is the perfume I use! Enjoy the band!
