However, the focus ring on the lens cannot be disabled when this lens is used on the D7200, even when updated to firmware version 1.04.   • QuestionI have a D3300, My Firmware version is 1.01 and it also has 2.013. Is it compatable with my D3300?

    • Answer Andy, I don't believe it is supported, my camera is a D-3400, and the 70-300 lens was in a bundle for this camera. I did look at the user manual for the lens and it showed that the 3300 would not support this lens. Hope this was helpful. Good Shooting Hoppy
