“Does this camera suffer from the problem of P&S glare in viewfinder?????”

not sure what P&S glare refers to but, I shot outdoors and indoors for music videos and have not had any problems with it. Just a reminder, this view finder is LCD so, you aren't going to be able to see it as well as a glass view finder but, I've never had any problems seeing from the flip screen on this.
