• There are a couple of ways that this can be done. The COOLPIX L840 works with Nikon's free Wireless Mobile Utility App to communicate; taking pictures as well as seeing what pictures are on the cameras SD card. Once they are on one phone, you can use the OS on the phone to send it over to another phone. Or, if you can use the camera's NFC capability and tap phone to phone to transfer pictures (this is only compatible with Android based phones) once the pictures are on the phone. One thing to note, the camera cannot communicate wirelessly to multiple phones/tablets at one time. It is one phone/tablet at a time.

• The Wi-Fi is for connectivity with a device running the app. It will send the pictures to the device controlling the picture, but I have had no success getting it to send pictures anywhere else.
