• The COOLPIX L840 does not have an optical viewfinder. It has a very bright 3-inch LCD that you can tilt to shoot low or angle shots or remove any glare.

• The Cool Pix L 840 does not have a separate view finder. I usually use the screen. Although my previous camera did have a view finder I never used it. If you have a special need for a view finder you will need to look at a different camera.
