• The 18-55 takes 52 mm filters, and the 55-300 takes 58 mm filters. You can verify this by either looking on the lens, where it's marked, or the lens cap itself is marked with a model number: "LC-52" is for 52 mm, "LC-58" for 58 mm, "LC-67" for 67 mm and so on.
