You can Zoom in or out at any time during video recording.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can zoom during the video mode, as zooming is a manual function of the lens, ie you twist the lens to zoom the camera. You can also re-focus while taking video and the camera has a continuos focus option which works well for focusing, HOWEVER when using the camera's motors to focus, by using the auto focus or pushing the button to re-focus, the internal motors are VERY noisy and will get picked up by the camera's mic. I just switch to manual focus or set the focus before shooting and just roll with it in that focus mode. GREAT Video output.
